If you’re arriving to Newcastle Airport on a domestic flight you will experience our brand new arrivals hall, opened in February 2015.

The arrivals hall houses the baggage claim, amenities, information services desk, hire car desks, and car parking payment machines.

The information services desk can arrange easy and affordable airport transfers for you including hire car / limousine and door-to-door shuttle bus services. They can book your accommodation, including negotiated hotel rates, and provide brochure and map distribution. Information Services will transfer you seamlessly to-and-from the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and wider Hunter region.

They can also organise your group transfer for one to 500 passengers. Ask for an obligation free quote.
