Toilets
Toilets are located in the departures lounge. Whilst we upgrade the toilet facilities behind the retail concourse, temporary toilets are located outside Arrivals 2. For more information, click here
ATM
There are two Newcastle Permanent Building Society ATMs located next to the security screening point.
Baby change rooms
Baby change facilities, equipped with change-table and nappy bin, are located within the disabled toilet in the departures lounge as well as in the temporary toilet facilities.
Disability Access Facilitation Plan
Newcastle Airport's Disability Access Facilitation Plan outlines the services and facilities available for our customers (and their aides) who have special needs. Disabled parking
Dedicated disabled parking spaces are in a convenient location in the Platinum, Gold and Silver Car Parks. These are clearly marked and are reserved for passengers with cars displaying a valid ‘disability’ card.
A disabled pick-up area is located at the arrivals end of the terminal with a wheelchair ramp. The car must display a valid ‘disability’ card and the driver must stay with the vehicle at all times.
Wireless – FREE
Newcastle Airport provides free-of-charge wireless internet facilities throughout the terminal. Go to wireless internet for access instructions.
Internet kiosks
Customers can now check their email or surf the net at of the two internet kiosk stations inside the terminal.
The internet kiosks are located on the retail concourse, next to the atms. Passengers can also access the kiosk in the departure area, once they have passed through security.
The internet kiosks are charged at $2 for 20 minutes.
Smoking area
Smoking is not permitted inside the terminal, or within seven meters of an entry door. Newcastle Airport has provided designated outside smoking areas at either end of the terminal building.
Trolleys
Baggage trolleys are available at the check-in and arrivals ends of the terminal at a charge of $3 per trolley. A 20c reward is provided when the trolley is returned to the trolley bay.
Transport
Conveniently located outside the arrivals area of the terminal, transport to and from the airport includes, buses, car rental, limousine, shuttle buses, and taxis.
