Newcastle Airport Ambassadors

Following the introduction of the Newcastle Airport Ambassador Program in 2008, travellers can now look forward to a friendlier and warmer welcome when they arrive at the Airport. 

Our Ambassadors are enthusiastic and committed to providing you with information about your check-in, airport facilities and any other enquiries. Their aim is to make your visit to Newcastle Airport as hassle free as possible.

The Ambassadors, who wear a distinctive and easy to identify teal blazer, help passengers get on their flight or to their destination quickly. These hard working volunteers are experienced with local knowledge to make your travel experience a positive one.

Tourist information

Located in arrivals, the Newcastle Airport Information Services desk offers an information and booking service for airport transfers, accommodation, attractions and activities in the region. The Information Services desk also offers a full range of information brochures about the Hunter region.
