Airport transfers

The Newcastle Airport Information Services desk is located in the arrivals hall at the Airport.  The Information Services team is your one stop shop to book your airport transfer, including shuttle and hire car and limousine services.

Large group transfers

The Newcastle Airport Information Services desk can also organise your group transfer. Whether it be a sporting team, conference delegates or family be sure to call for an obligation free quote.

Accommodation

The team is also able to make accommodation bookings on your behalf, and if you aren’t sure what to do once you have arrived at Newcastle, the team will be more than happy to give you information about the attractions in the Hunter – Information Services can even book a tour on your behalf.

Newcastle Airport Information Services operates from 7am to 7pm seven days a week.  If you are calling outside these hours you will be transferred to a message service.

• If travel is within the next 24 hours, or you require assistance, please call 4928 9822.
• Transfers can only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Please do not provide your credit card details on the below form.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure / collection time are permitted to a full refund less an administration fee of $15.  Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time.
