The Newcastle Airport Information Services desk is located in the arrivals hall at the Airport. The Information Services team is able to assist you to make a transfer booking, including shuttle and hire car and limousine services.

Accommodation

The team is also able to make accommodation bookings on your behalf, and if you aren’t sure what to do once you have arrived at Newcastle, the team will be more than happy to give you information about the attractions in the Hunter – Information Services can even book a tour on your behalf.
