How much does an excursion cost?
The excursion and supporting material is delivered to schools free-of-charge.
Who can come?
The excursion is tailored for Stage 1 students and primary school age students only. Government and non-government schools are invited to take part.
How long does the excursion take?
Teachers should allocate one and a half hours.
What time can we come?
All excursions are conducted Tuesday to Friday mornings, commencing between 10.00am and 11.00am.
Will students get to go on an aircraft?
No, safety and security regulations prevent us from allowing students to go onboard an aircraft.
How many students can I bring?
Newcastle Airport can facilitate up to 100 students in one excursion. If you would like to bring more than 100 students, excursions can be booked over two days.
