Located in arrivals, the Newcastle Airport Information Services Desk is your one-stop-shop for transfer and accommodation information.

Airport transfers for one to 500 people can be organised by the Newcastle Airport Information Services team.

Whether you’re departing of arriving, the Information services team can:

  • Book a transfer to meet any flight in or out of Newcastle Airport with options including; hire car, limousine, or door-to-door shuttle bus
  • Book your accommodation, including negotiated hotel rates
  • Provide information on local attractions and tour bookings
  • Provide brochure and map distribution

If travel is within the next 24 hours, or you require assistance, please call (02) 4928 9822.
Transfers can only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Please do not provide your credit card details on the below form.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure / collection time are permitted to a full refund less an administration fee of $15.
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time.
