Did you know you can park and wait in our Long Stay Saver car park for up to 2 hours for free? Simply wait for you passenger to say they are ready to be picked up and head to the pick-up and drop off zone.
At Newcastle Airport passengers can only be dropped off at the Departures end of the terminal and be picked up outside the Arrivals end of the terminal. Please note, in line with Roads and Maritime Service Regulations all pick up and drop off zones are no parking zones.
The pick-up and drop-off zones are for immediate loading and unloading only as we need to keep the zones congestion free to ensure all passengers make their flights and can be picked up with ease. It is unlawful to leave your vehicle unattended in a No Parking zone and therefore failure to comply may result in an infringement notice being issued.
Please co-operate if you are asked to move your vehicle by a uniformed airport staff member.
To spend more time saying goodbye, or greeting a passenger, short term parking is available at no charge for the first 2 hours in our long stay saver or long stay overflow which includes our new designated waiting zone.
